About 4 years ago, I was well into living a ketogenic lifestyle and some intermittent fasting, however I had never done an extended fast because I was always told if I did 'my eating disorder would come back'. However, God had different plans & began to reveal to me in scripture our call as Christians for fasting & prayer.
